We agree that OJ is a derail. What I picked up from Smurf's post was not whether or not OJ should have been found guilty but the disgraceful way the American system allows a criminal organisation to pursue its objectives free of every legal sanction and even free of tax.
This is not a derail: it's the crux of the matter.
