Church of Scientology releases response to the divorce of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes

The terms of the divorce agreed to by Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise will likely remain private, with no paper trail in court.

A source with knowledge of the case said the settlement was made in such a way that none of the terms would be contained in publicly available court documents, a practice that is fairly common in such cases.

The early private settlement had to be brokered by DM so this would go away fast! TC probably gave tens of millions more then a normal protracted settlement. Wonder if DM arranged for TC to get free "bridge work" for making this go away?
