Normally, when construction or remodeling is done in the State of California, a building permit must be obtained from the local (municipal or county) planning office or other applicable agency that oversees such things. Plans must be filed, submitted and approved before building can begin.
Normally, these plans can be reviewed by going down to the local planning office and asking to see them.
However, given how much the Riverside governmental and political machines seem to be in the back pockets of Miscavige and the cult, I'm not sure what you'd find or be given access to if you tried this in Riverside County.
But that's where I'd start.

Duh! Sorry about the above post. I was thinking about Gold / Int, not Flag.
Same is true about planning offices in Florida. Is common practice to keep plans on file in those agencies.

By maps of flag do you mean the fort harrison ? sandcastle ? All the buildings $cn own in Clearwater ?
Be good to know those floor plans were out circulating in public hands. That would cause osa an IMMENSE amount of lost sleep. Good deal !
Same for Hemet & Twin whatever & the hole out in the mounatins.

I was mostly looking for maps/floorplans of the Coachman, FH, and surrounding area. Those would be ideal, but I've actually found a bunch of pics on-line that when pieced together more or less create the same effect.
As for why...would "nostalgia" be too succinct?
