How does scn disarm this mechanism with ser-fac handling on Grade IV?
Easy ... redge the living piss out of them so that they are then heavily invested in the Cof$ being right.

There was a time in the 50s when blowing the ser fac amounted to Clear. " Being human" was a common ser fac. Apparently the theory was that when one realized that he was "being human", he ceased in that dramo and thus became Homo Novis.
The ser fac was originally written about in book form in the " History of Man" book, ( " What To Audit"), but that info was taken out of the early issues of HOM.

So, yeah, the "ser fac" was extant in the 50s. The current handling, R3SCA, is a newer innovation ("breakthrough").

    hope this helps

    phenomanon.
