Bad advice, Smurf. Whether or not there is at present an active FBI investigation on-going, should there ever be one then the fatter the case file the better.

If a person has knowledge of a crime they should report it. Just don't expect immediate action on that report.

I still believe that the CoS has a 'get out of jail free' card that never expires. The only way in which that card can be revoked is if the CoS started stockpiling weapons and preaching against the government. The only other way I can see its revocation is if a dead body can be found with enough evidence supporting that DM or someone at the highest level took that life in an act of murder, and I do mean murder in the strictest legal definition.

I don't think the FBI gives a damn about 'the Hole', forced abortions in the Sea Org, child labor in the Sea Org, disconnection policy, fair game, bringing foreigners into the US for the Sea Org, regging people into financial ruin, or even "accidentally" killing people through application of "the tech". The get out of jail free religion card covers a lot of sins. Plus, the FBI is leery of locking horns with OSA I bet. Too bad, because I don't think OSA is nearly as effective as it used to be. They don't have Marty, Mike, or Garry anymore.

I think the get out of jail free card could be revoked if inaction became a political liability. Mainstream media seems to be covering more than couch jumping these days. If they actually stick with it..... Well, I wouldn't expect any action until after this next election anyway.

I have read, and I have read and I have read, court cases, files, newspapers, everything I could turn my attention to, because I lived this god damned process from a young child. I cannot reiterate enough how much I was threatened as a young child to NEVER EVER speak about anything I ever saw or heard on the Flagship Apollo.

I have been asked repeatedly to go to the POLICE, by all sorts of people, anons, exes, never has beens, but lurking there in the back of my mind, IS what are they going to do about it and do you know what comes up every time, NOTHING!

This information was provided to me recently, directly from an FBI Special Agent. I'm posting this anonymously, for obvious reasons, and there are no dox that will be provided. You will notice a lot of repetitive phrases. This is intentional. Also, it's very TL; DR but this is the way it needs to be posted.

Is there some clue as to who the person this was posted to is? Or what

I posted earlier that the text that Idle Morgue posted is an exact 100% copy of a post from WWP from back in July 2011.

If there is something new, please tell us as it would be very important to know if the FBI is looking for more information. As what Idle Morgue posted is more than a year old, I would like some clarification as I don't want to get my hopes up and be disappointed once more :(
