Jefferson Hawkins would be a definite exception to that rule, and, to read his blog, you would see that he seems like a very rational individual.That's true. And if they're real Kool-Aid Drinkers, it can take them YEARS to de-compress, if they ever do, enough to start talking about their experiences. They "don't want to put Scientology in a bad light"
