    Default Safety/Change/Religion

When you want to make a deep fundamental change, a certainpart of you digs in its heels because your old way of being associates itselfwith safety. So to preserve that safetyyou will unconsciously sabotage your efforts to change.

To deal with this, then you will have to face this part ofyourself that associates safety…thus creating what you want in lifethereafter.

However, Religion also plays a part in change. Why? Because most religions and their original ideas…which is of abundance…hasbeen hijacked by the fundamentalists to program people with propaganda of lack, misery, and worthiness issues.

This isn’t victim thinking! It’s the truth. How do you fightthis, if you have left a religion that is known for cult-like conditioning orthis type of abuse?

Getting to know yourself, and reprogramming your corebeliefs is a start! Also picking up new habits, such as meditation…which candefinitely release unconscious trauma or issues related to this experience.

I don't think many of us here at ESMB are afraid of change - After all we exes accepted enormous changes in our lives by joining and then leaving Scientology.

The latter move was pure genius.
