I'm hear to tell you that massive amounts of sec-checking is not good for your mental health.

    an excellent point indeed.

    Short answer, no.

Longer answer, even if DM was ousted and they cleaned up their ethics and got their tech a lot straighter, they have nothing to deliver that I want that I haven't had already.

The nearest thing to a carrot that they have is the supposedly unreleased upper levels. However, I don't buy the claims. If they had anything worth releasing, they would have done it already.

    Nick---

Unreleased upper levels you might consider a carrot?

How far did you get on the Bridge? For me, they could release
    OT 200 and I wouldn't even blink.

    They've lied soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo many times,
They've re-did the OT 3 "Tech" sooooooooooooooooooooooooo many ways,
    it isn't even funny.

Then to find out OT 8 is basically a version of Life Repair?
I knew it was bad, as I lived with an OT 8 (husband) and he was a living
WRECK after it. I sent him back to the Ship, to get "De-bugged" and while
I was at Flag, he returned home, now de-bugged supposedly, and guess what?

    TOTALED MY CAR!

By the time I got home, he'd literally pull over to the side of the road, get out panting like he was having a heart attack (and he was in good shape, supposedly)---it was truly shocking to see. OT 8, MY ASS. (And many others, the same).

<spit> You can have it. I'll take ALL that I've found out, since I've left---
It's far better, infinitely less expensive, and just way more fun.

I agree with you, with what you said about NOT going back. For me, no way, not ever, except to grab my old friends and shake hands with the man who is there to arrest DM and gang for their illegal/immoral/abusive actions.

It took me years of reading the truth to not want to go back.

I like others here just would like comm with my friends or who I thought were my friends. I don't think even if they reformed I would go back. I seen too many lies and too many selling their souls to the church.

I missed the one's I loved but that is past and it is not now. It is time to move on and slowly I am.

Hi! Magoo this is Barb that CBS news wanted to talk to but in the end I declined and I am glad that I did.

    Hi Barb---

Good to talk with you Yeah....losing loved ones is one of THE biggest
losses, imnsho, and one of Scientology's biggest abuses.

    So---glad we're moving ON!

Here's my motto: Life Rolls On

And ya know what? IT DOES! So you can roll on, happily, or roll on sadly---
but one way or the other---life ROLLS ON

    Be well,

What training level was hubbie? Was he a HGC only Scieno? Did he listen to tapes, read the books, etc?

Tech is out no doubt in COS. DM and his cronies are admin types and I doubt he ever audited anyone.

I figure I immersed myself in the quagmire of everything that is anti-Scientology. Been there, through every affidavit and commentary and weighed it against my own experiences. My eyes are open.

Not despite it, not because of it, I did and do return. It's just a personal choice. I am (still) a Scientologist.

Rawl---I was pretty sure you were still "in".

So tell me, what does a Scientologist think of Tom Cruise? Can you not
see the "True Believer" in him? Doesn't he look fanatical to you? I'm really
curious about this----I'd love to hear what you have to say.

I watch that and literally think: Thank GOD I woke up from that mind controlled,
    delusional state I was in!

P:: Re my husband? He was sort of trained, not too high..mostly got auditing in HGC, some co-auditing, read LOTS of books, met LRH in person in the 50's, and his family followed him, all those years. So he was really a Ron fan, more than anything.

Yes, the Tech is WAY out in C of S, now. Not sure if it was ever "in"---or if it really matters, bottom line. But for sure, it is "Out" per years
    past.

    My best~~

As far as I understand it, DM did the SHSBC at Saint Hill. So I suppose he must have audited a fair bit.

I think the explanation of his behaviour lies elsewhere rather than he is just an admin type.

My opinion is that DM is being LRH as far as he sees it, to the best of his ability. There are a myriad of LRH issues, both public and secret that would encourage him to behave as abusively as he does.

    Cool game over

As David Mayo so nicely stated, this planet is a dumpster of dumpsters. This explains why Tom Cruise is what he is and why David Miscavige is running the Church. This is how end of track looks like. No beauty, no theta, just shit.
