Tracey Tarbet returns to Brighton Org

This is Tracey Tarbet - ex-wife of Campbell Tarbet and mother of Shannon Tarbet. Quite a recognisable face from the 90's from standing outside Brighton Org back then.

She was divorced from Campbell way back when she was sent to Flag for brainwashing, I mean training (upto class 5) and the training went on and on for years and years. Her hubby could not wait for ever and remarried. Her daughter grew up without her. Why? All so Tracey could serve in the Miscavige army. Oh well....better luck next life time Tracey in finding a worthy cause.

I can't imagine how embarrassing it must be for her to be back at Brighton Org now and having to deal with her ex-hubby and resentful now grown-up daughter. Must be cringe-worthy.

OK, but she went to Flag and left her daughter in the UK whilst she was brainwashed...even more so that she was at that time.....she did not do this as part of any ethics handling or conditions....she did this voluntarily and was away for 7 years!!!!

I was an OOT with Tracey, spent some time in ISO with her, we were both sick quite a bit and this slows down your training no end as you then need to get PTS handlings etc, which are amazingly difficult to get when you're a trainee. It's even harder when what you're PTS to is Flag and the church, you never get your item off in a PTS handling because all you can think of is what might happen to you if you name Flag, or a terminal at Flag, as your SP.

I got along well with Tracey and she was always talking about her daughter and was concerned for her, but like many of us she was stuck in the Scio "reality" where you truly believe you are "doing the right thing." Yes it took her 7 years to get through her training but it wasn't 7 years straight, while I was there she had gone home to England for about a year and I believe (but am not certain) she had done so before.

As I said, she was a nice person but I didn't know her for long and maybe there was an evil anti-Tracey side I never saw but I do hope she comes around and sees what is happening within the church and gets herself out.

She is a lovely person and that's the point that upsets me. The Co$ take full advantage of that fact and she has wrecked her life to serve them. The Co$ are misleading a well meaning and capable person.

I realize too that she did come home from time to time and that's great. She always tries her best to do the right thing but with the attendant disadvantage of Miscavi-Scino-Think thrown in things don't always follow rationality.

Good to know there's people also that know her and wish her well.
