She's been in the thick of some pretty bizarre stuff. Do you think she caught on that she was just being used all along? Perhaps she discovered some of the lies she fell for. It's hard to know. I do kinda feel for her. I'm sure she's hurting.
GT: Yeah, I feel for her too, IF she really HAS 'blown for real'. Hopefully soon, her and others will come out of the woodwork?!

I'd also love to hear what Rinder has to say...can you image the book/interviews he could come out with?

I get really tired of hearing about how the lower bridge has value. The lower bridge has the sole purpose of getting the PC to reach for more bridge. The fact that many people improved their circumstances as a result of a good intentioned auditor being interested and caring about his PC is not worth the long term and intended result of Scientology technology. You can do it, my friend. None of us are without fault for what we did while in Scn. Forgive yourself and the rest will flow naturally.

    Default Marys Mom

Marys Mom sold our house for us in 2004 and has an office downtown. She is an OT 8. Another Scientologist forced to choose when a family member blows? If Mary was not SO, then simply not continuing to volunteer would not get her an SP declare. She would simply be "handled" to get back on lines. The reality is, that unless you can afford $50,000 a year for Scientology, you are going to be training, and that's it. Anything on the processing side, especially pre-OT levels, and you had better have some serious cash on hand. Living in Clearwater doesn't really help much. The number of people who are actually on OT levels planet wide is probably under 20,000.

I just want to say, if Mary DeMoss is in here I'd like to extend my hand to her as a friend. I can't say enough how much newly blown Ex Scientologists need the support from people, and I believe especially from people like myself who've never been in the church. I guess you could call it my way of extending the proverbial Olive Branch. Just give me a PM. I'm always willing to chat with anyone.

Wow. What an emotional video from Mark Bunker to Mary.

I wonder what Mary would be like 'out'.

I'm sure she's got a LOT to go through in her mind and soul right now.

And I also wonder if her mom, Liz will/has also 'left' with her.....

Well I hope Mary and others (like Rinder, etc) show up on one of these boards, SOON!

I extend a comforting, relieved hug to Mary and she's welcome to PM me, too.

I have to say I'm more of the Escalus mindset right now. Too many sessions with women like Mary where I just felt my mind would snap if I couldn't get out of there!!!

I remember one with some SO missionaire named Sudz(sp) where I thought OMG are you even human? If I stay in $cio will I end up like that?

Mark Bunker is a hell of a guy though! Great Video! I doubt Mary will even let herself look at a "critic" site for a long time. She has a long road to travel if she's planning on remaining out. Sounds like she will have some family problems ahead!

Another example of the church using up someone who just wanted to help!

    Classic.

When was that? The only Sudz I know of in scientology was a Mike Sudz who was originally from Ann Arbor, Mich. He had a daughter who would be in her late 20's named Nicole.
Mike was a very nasty fellow. Downright anti-social. And that way all the time. I don't know what Nicole was like.

This woman was in her late 20's or early thirties. "Nasty" is a kind way of describing this one. I'm really not being mean-she was one really disagreeable person. I think of this as a "type" because I am surprised at how many SO people I met that acted this way.

    Was it ever effective?

I always used to wonder if they couldn't make it in the "real" world and got off on being little Hitler wanna bes in th SO.

Anyways this Sudz character was one of my final turn offs.

I wonder if she ever heard of ARC?

Mike Sudz was at the Detroit Org before that. (And btw - I think the Ann Arbor org moved to Grand Rapids ....) And so was his wife. I got along okay with them because I was detroit foundation and he was the Reg for detroit day. So I didn't have to cross his path much.

Nicole was okay. I trained with her (I think) along with Sara Reaver, Jenny Jajuga and others from Detroit and Ann Arbor on the Golden Age of Tech evolution. I don't remember which girls I trained with. They were almost all people that had been my students at an earlier time when I was Class V (Class IV at the time) org staff. Almost all young and attractive.

I didn't know Nicole as well (she didn't take courses with me), and so she was a little standoffish towards me though. But not really stuck up or a bit$# or anything. Of course she was at a class V org then and not in the SO. So I don't know if it was her .......
