I knew a woman who died while on OT3 at Flag. She was an Atlanta public, a chiropractor. I am not sure of the spelling of her first name - Waneeta Omar. Omar was definately her last name. This was around 1988-1989. I think she died of a heart attack or aneurism. I was devastated.
