Perhaps if they kicked everyone out and declared everyone left they could achieve 100% standard tech.
I think it is the why for Boston not booming (ever).
I can see the Primary Program Target now: Hand this program to your ethics officer to get done.
Operating Target: Declare all existing staff. Conditional: If public keep showing up, declare them as well.
VFP: 100% standard WHY finding achieved and a very relieved neighborhood.

About a year and a half ago I posted some photos of the decrepit building that was to eventually become the Boston Idle Org.

I've been wanting to get over there to take some updated photos to post here to show the progress. But then I think "Is this really what I want to be doing with my free time?" even though it's less than 2 miles from home. $2 says that the above link will be pretty accurate as to the current state of the building today except for the neighboring building (also bought as part of the project) which was ordered demolished by the city because it started to shed bricks onto the sidewalk.

Oh yeah. Kevin Hall.
I suppose nothing good can happen after decades in.
I mistakenly thought of Kevin Tighe.
Who I saw somewhere that he was declared.
But looks like an independent now.
That's only marginally better, but perhaps a stage in getting out.
The film The Master opens in Boston (Cambridge really) at the Landmark Theater in Kendall Sq. on Friday, Sept. 21.

Can't make it that weekend but maybe other Boston exes might want to get together as a group to see it.

I knew Lonnie back in 1976-77, right about when he started dating Heather. Was Lonnie the LRH Comm way back then? What is he doing now? I am talking back in the days when people like these were around: Don Currier, Bob Johnson (GO B1), Paul Discher, Laura Gettler, Kathy LaRosse (married Bob Johnson), Joan Gambino, Bessie Currier, Bill Bromfield (DG NE), Mike Alla, Richard Tinkelberg (FBO), Peter Graves, the Garritanos, Laura Crichton (examiner), Lorraine Barritz, Mary Antoniedes, Nick Petrunti, Tom Ford, etc.
And then there are all of the faces that flash through my mnd, but the names elude me. What was the name of the Hawaiian guy who was C/S? He had long unkempt hair. He had a girlfriend who was an auditor, and she always looked very "massy" (and had a bad temper).
On Heather Landy, I can't believe that some people have stuck around THIS long!![]()

Best I could tell this was just the auction of a menu of the Fox & Hounds Club which, probably a long time ago, was at 448 Beacon, current home of the Boston org. Winning bid was $7.99.
A postcard image of the club can be seen here:

which shows what looks to be the 2nd floor basic course room (last I knew) overlooking the river.

HOWEVER, I also came across this web site which seems to show the property up for sale for $12.5 million:

Not sure of the date of the listing. Couldn't find much more info. on searching.
