It's funny, the things that come back to you all of a sudden.
I was watching a few youtube videos today, and somebody mentioned Lisa McPherson. The Scilon "handlers" made a comment about "so, one person died. People die all the time. So what?"
I remembered when I was in my late teens, and getting auditing at Celebrity Centre. They refused to continue auditing me because I had admitted to having suicidal thoughts.
So, my parents found a field auditor (I think that's what they were called.) Someone who didn't work for the Orgs.
After a few weeks, she too refused to continue to try to help me.
You see, it was just after Lisa McPherson had died, and it's been a while so I can't remember the exact words that they told me - but it was something like "it would be bad PR for Scientology if another young, pretty girl died while receiving auditing."
Eventually they found yet a third auditor for me, who I think was cleared to handle the "problem cases." WTF-ever. Thankfully, I am free of all that now, and when I remember it, it just seems like a distant bad dream.
Yeah, Scilon assholes, Lisa was "just one person" who died. Is that maybe because you refuse to help anyone who might be a risk of dying and possibly creating "bad PR"?
I remember, it's something about "making the able more able." Screw anyone who actually NEEDS help. They're a PR risk.
Welcome to Scientology. We're gonna save the whole planet, and we're willing to throw our own under the bus to do it.
