So what would be acceptable "handlings" for the CofS?

With all the press going on it seems the CofS is getting some major heat. But someone posted an Australian news vid about France and what's going on there, which made the point that it was unlikely that the church would be banned as there are religious tolerance laws and this would be the case in many places. So what would be acceptable real world solutions acknowledging the fact that scn will likely be around for a long time in some form? From the most recent Jason Beghe vid he suggested a warning sign outside of churches. Wouldn't that be great?!? But what would it say? So here are some things that come to mind for me but please chime in.

1. Loss of tax exemption.

2. Recognition as a business having to abide by all labor laws.

3. All contracts for staff have to be followed by the "church" where promises are made to get people to sign up.

4. Disconnection - i.e. of you don't want the church to contact you anymore than they may not call, write, or visit or be fined $10,000 per instance.

5. Donations may not be asked of people for more than 10% of their income for that year.

6. No full time staff under 18.

7. No importing of staff from foreign countries.

8. A warning sign outside of churches.

Any other suggestions?

I think the problem will come down to whether it's deemed a religion or not. If Co$ loses its religious status, it would just wither and die OR deliver only something people really want instead of the current treadmill of money-relieving stuff. As long as it can and does hide behind the veil of religion, it will do whatever Davey damn well pleases (until the money/parishoners/his luck runs out.) What you've posted are all great things that would do much if they were ever implemented.

I would like to see the full contents of the INCOMM system released to the public on the internet and a full disclosure of all financial transactions shown to the org staff, public ans SO.

I would like to see the public taken trhough the staff berthing wherever they are doing their services to see what squallor and lack is being lived in the name of service and so they ask the question "Where the F&^k is my money going?

I would like to see a class action brought against the church by all EX SO and EX Staff to sue for lost salaries.

I would like to have David Miscavidge in a room with myself and everyone on this board. the door would be locked and although we would not commit physical violence on the man, he would not be allowed to do so to us. A couple of the more burly ESMB members can ensure that is the case.

Each person would have a chance to tell him whatever we wanted. He would be questioned.

It would be videod and put on the net and on TV.

Each of us who wishes to participate would be funded to go to orgs and deliver a breifing to all staff and public on what has actually been happening.

I would like to see Scn lose it's religious designation. Then it could be regulated. Ideally, it would be classified as a commercial operation selling mental health. Then the regulators could really nail their asses to the wall. After all, this was what LRH feared and is why in 1953 he decided to go with the Religion thing. He saw the handwriting on the wall.

I am not so sure if all those things will become true because then the Church would say that the government is violating their first amendment, though ironically by doing so they also put the public in danger and violate ours right especially the abuse of labour laws. So this "we don't interfere" thing which comes from the Separation of Church and State only works because no one is interfering. Maybe in Germany and France those conditions you listed above will take off but not without a legal battle that's for sure.
