TC's site is probably made by CoS or the same company that makes CoS websites. TC's entire life is controlled by CoS most probably. Anyways, who cares about that idiot...

I would suggest reading all the comments at that linked site before deciding outrage is the proper response. It doesn't seem like a big deal to me at all.
At least Flash asks if it can access the microphone on your computer, while the FBI won't ask you before accessing the microphone in your cell phone (works even when it's powered off as long as the battery is still connected).

I'm siding with Alex on this one, looks like someone got a bit too paranoid.
A bit of common sense. Unless you are repeatedly ginving the cos your data via cookies and other means on the web, they have to corrolate a lot of info in order to match site visitors to sites. If you've not been on many of their flash pages then they have little info to match. If you've not then the chances are they have even less, if any.
How many hits do the cos and cruises sites get combined? either way, that's a lot of data to cross reference.
I think cookies with these properties are a privacy concern:
* Stay on your computer for an unlimited amount of time
* Store 100 kb of data by default, with an unlimited max
* Couldn’t be deleted by your browser
* Send previous visit information and history, by default, without your permission
It is good that the facts about Flash Cookies are being made known on the internet.
