Default Interesting Co$ related land deals in UK.

A friend who's being doing some homework sent me the following related to Co$ related land deals in the UK and a property pegged to be the next Ideal Org in Birmingham UK. Probably all legal but I get the impression someone is being screwed over; if Co$ members in Birmingham are being regged to buy this I wonder if they know Co$ probably already owns it.

    Diagram relates to text below:

Interesting. Are all parties involved Scilons?

If they sold it to themselves at higher prices and they paid cash, there is the potential that they are money laundring. The idea is that you have 7.7M-7M=700K in illegal cash. By using this illegal cash to pay for the property, you de facto legalized the cash. All you need is a corrupt public notary.

    Interesting research, carry on please!

European anti-money laundering legislation (AML) requires that there is a place where you can report suspected AML activity. I don't know what it is called in the UK, but it might be worthwhile sending them the dox.

    Anonymous1312,

This is very interesting. Thanks for posting this.

Now, why would the CoS want to split up the property and sell some of it off to a developer and some of it back to itself? Just in case everyone isn’t aware, Walsh Manor is the berthing for the Sea Org in the UK. Anyone who lives there is CoS staff. And of course, Peter Hodkin is the official solicitor for the CoS.

Sounds to me as though someone had done a deal to make a bit of profit on the side by selling off the land that they didn’t want, to a house developer. Just hope that they don’t get planning permission to build any houses.

Or, this could be some sort of tax dodge involving phony companies and shady dealings. I hope this is the case! Lets hope they get found out, eh?

David Bernard Gaiman: Vitality House, 2 –3 Imberhorne Way, East Grinsted, West Sussex, RH19 1RL

This is interesting and I'll tell you why:

Imberhorne Way - this name caught my attention as someone recently told me a story about a man named Brian Day who used to be at this address, it was a printing company that $cientology used, by all accounts used is the opperative word as this nice man was made bankrupt by $cientologists.

This address isn't just selling vitamins either. Its also a Print accounting software company with links to Clearwater, Florida.

David Gaiman is a well thought of figure in the East. Grinstead community as he hosts Business forums for local industries and businesses.

The CULT of greed and power indeed. How many other nice little towns, businesses and government officials have been infiltrated and taken over by this "take over the world" organization known as the "church" of $cientology
"he also introduced all of us and indeed he thrust us into his practises of cruelty, inhumanity, abuse and punishment, all of which he systematically reframed as positive and as requirements for enlightenment." - Hana Eltringham/Whifield speaking in Hamburg on the 28th of March 2010.

It could just be a business deal with David Gaiman fronting his own cash, and making 10% on the deal. Taking it at face value, that would be fine.

But it will interesting to see what happens next. David & Shelia Gaiman head the list of Scientologist contributors to the Birmingham Ideal Org fund, having put in £250,000. Assuming the money will be used to buy the property from himself, no doubt at a profit, that £250,000 means nothing more than a discount he is giving on the price.

Assuming of course he did actually write a cheque for £250,000 and does not have the status for free (without the hoi polloi knowing about it) by virtue of "securing" the property a year ago.

In the current climate of crashing house prices I don't know if the property value would genuinely have gone down in the past year or not and if fair market prices were being paid the final price will be over the odds, or what. Guess we'll have to wait until after the fact and then take a look at the final deal. Thanks very much for the excellent homework!

I am not sure what all this means but it is a bit of a tangled web that's been weaved. It sure seems shady, but I suspect it is legal. Morally bankrupt perhaps, (pun intended) but legal.

Depending on which news you listen to house prices have dropped, on average for an average property by anything from 10 to 30%. At the end of the day a property is only worth what the next person will pay for it.

From what I can tell David Gaiman is not related to the Isle of Man holding companies that currently own the property but then I've known a few "financial controllers" in my time that don't have to appear in the records but have the Director(s) undated resignations on file. I dare say the £250,000 was to get the ball rolling so to speak. Given that the company he was director of got over £700,000 by selling it on the day they bought ut I don't think £250,000 is much for him to fork out.

Thanks for the additional interesting info on the characters involved too. Hope this thread doesn't get buried.

I'm guessing that it happened like this. Total guess. David Gaiman hears about the situation and does some homework. He says, look, I'll front the cash and buy the building, and you guys (CofS in the corporate capacity of whatever legal entity the B'ham Ideal Org Money-Churn is operating) buy it from me at _____ price by _____ date, with appropriate legal/financial safeguards so he doesn't get screwed over by the CofS. The purpose of all this is that the CofS doesn't have the cash at that time in 2007 but he does. You gotta admit it's a gorgeous-looking building from the outside and looks wonderful in photographs. It could be that there was nowhere else in the area that came close to this property in terms of suitability (in their eyes).

There's nothing particularly wrong with this on the face of it, beyond the fact that if it became well-known the fund-raising would probably dry up a bit.

If Gaiman ends up making an obscene profit, that would be objectionable, but it hasn't happened yet, and since it looks like all the details will be all over the Intertoobs that might act as a restraint.
