Default The part of my story I never tell (my wall of fire)

I haven't ever posted the truth about what ruined me as a Staff member. The incident of long duration that changed my view of what is important. The exact time place form and event that broke my spriit. The thing I never got over. The defining moment that justified me eventually becoming an ExScientologist.

I call it:

"GOOD TWIN'S WALL OF FIRE"

It has nothing (almost nothing) to do with OT3. I'll try to tell you everything I can remember and I'll try to be as truthfull as possible. I feel the need to tell it before it fades any more than it already has. I have good reason to forget this and yet I really need this memory as it sums up everything that is wrong with Scientology.

If there is any truth to implant tech this is full of it. I was told not to tell so many things and told what to say and do for quite a period of time that it makes the whole thing beyond surreal. I can't tell it without using real names places and times. I know OSA might be upset by this. I really want to tell this as factually as possible.

Two of the key people in this story are dead. One died as a direct result of what occured. The other was a good Scientologist to the end and in the end the cult sent her home to die.

Okay, I'm almost ready. Someone can make popcorn. I'm gonna get myself a good stiff drink.

Oh.

This could be good.

I'm checking out of the Hotel California at TSF long enough to be here for this one.

Whenever you're ready, fire away...

I was the Mission Holder of a small but viable mission, the Church of Scientology Mission of Palm Beach. The mission was open evenings and weekends. The staff were dedicated and hardworking. They were a tight team who pulled together and pulled off just about anything I asked. I loved my post and I loved my team. I was completely enchanted by Scientology and felt like I was helping to clear the planet so every being on earth could have the wins I had.

I delivered Sunday Service every Sunday at 10:00 am. My Sunday Service was popular. It was my favorite part of the week. I loved getting to see all the staff and public at the same time and deliver group processing and see them all come up tone. I used Sunday Service to announce upcoming events and activities and gain commitment for our continued success.

One Sunday morning, or Saturday night (between midnight and 6am) I got a phone call. It was March 10th 2002. Rick Cocco, the OES from the mission called and woke me up from a sound sleep. He said that he got a phone call from the Palm Springs Police department and I was needed immediately at the mission. He said "Someone tried to burn down our church".

A sudden blast of adreneline woke me the rest of the way up. I had to go to the mission. I had to face the police. I had to try to salvage the book stocks. I had to respond appropriately. I knew I was going to have a lot of crap to clean up. Both Physical universe stuff and PR type stuff. I also knew I'd be facing a very intense investigation. I was wondering if I had any hope of ethics protection.

Having done the Mission Holder Full Hat and the Ethics Specialist course and being a trained auditor and having had thirty some years of experience I knew my mission had just crossed a very dangerous line. The mission Org Board is missing one of the departments all the higher Orgs have. It's in Div 7. It's the Office of Special Affairs.

I told Rick Cocco to call Kathy Dillion the DSA Miami.
