Great news and progress on IAS claims

There has been a major development in the IAS multi party action.

The Metzger group, which specializes in contingency class action type claims have weighed in and are backing both the IAS action and the Human trafficking cases. They have formed a partnership with Barry Van Sickle that will deal with the Scio claims.


This is great news for several reasons. The first is that it is a sign of a shift in sentiment amongst the legal community, there has been a shortage of solicitors to take on the CofS, now more players are shaping up to the Cof$ in court.

The second is that it will take the heat off Barry Van Sickle, they are a well backed and organised unit and they give us more legs in our claim.

There is a favorable change in the financing of the case, no money required up front, and already several more claimants have come on board.

If you are now interested please PM us and we will send you an out line of their terms as we currently understand them. We still haven't received documentation etc. so bear with us.

Those already on board will be getting an e-mail shortly.

Can you check the name of the new firm please? The most prominent 'Metzner Group' I can find is a headhunting agency, not a law firm. I can't find anything on any 'Metzner Group' and class action either.
