    Hello,

The release of the Golden Age Of Tech Phase II has made it possible to train auditors in a matter of months especially those who have put in a standard study schedule. As with everything, the more time is put into something the faster it goes to complete the cycle of action.

We now also have the Internships for Class IV and V as well as for Purif C/S and we have the Qual OKs for the other tech courses.

It is fully expected that all our auditors get through their training and through the Internships as fast as possible. Remember that certs are only validated and permanent with an Internship as otherwise the certs expire after 1 year. If you have done your courses more than a year ago, route onto the Internship as soon as you can. For those who are completing Class IV from now on best thing is to get straight away onto the Internship to prevent your cert from expiring. Note that the

The question has come up if previously interned auditors have to do the GAT II Internship. The answer is: Yes. Per the latest IG Network Bulleting “All existing golden Age of Tech Phase II auditors and delivery personnel can now attain permanent certification and must do so by completing the Interneships and Qual Okays for the courses they have done.” – COB

Please fill in the below so that we have your update on where you stand and your target to complete the various levels and Internships.

    1. What GAT II courses have you done so far?

    2. Which GAT II course are you on now?

    3. What is your target date to complete this course?

    4. What is your target date to complete the line-up to Class IV?

    5. What is your target date to start the Internship for Class IV?

    6. What is your target date to complet the full training line-up and internships?

    7. If you are currently living in a country where there are no orgs where you can do the training (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal), what would you need to do before you can get your self to a country where you can go to an org (UK, US, South Africa, …). Please include any steps you need to take to make it happen.

    8. Conditional for those in non-UK countries: If you have worked out your plan of action as per point 7 above, where will you do0 your training and what is your estimated arrival date?

    9. Is there anything else you want to communicate about your GAT II training?

Thank you very much for your data.

    Ml,

Ann – CO I HELP UK

I would think that people in Scn would start to realize that this is no, and can NEVER be, a "permanent" cert. That certs only last until DM decides to roll out yet another version of the tech.

When will word of a GAT II New, Newer, Newest OT VII come down from David Miscavige?

    Surely....this will happen soon.

All OT VII comps will be required to retread....

The difference between GAT1 and GAT2 is that GAT2 covers areas of Tech which weren't covered in GAT1.
GAT2 is not a redo of the redo, it's a redo of that which wasn't already redone.
Solo NOTs was part of GAT1.

I guess we'll see.....at some time in the future.

If all auditing certs are cancelled....and all internships have to be redone GAT II.......I can easily see retreads being required......

And isn't OT 6 an auditor cert of a sorts.....

And what about the "undercharged E-Meters"...situation?"

And out of qual E-Meters too?

    Really? Are you sure?

(I haven't heard this before, which is the only reason I'm commenting like this, as you're normally very reliable. :))

That's my understanding of it. :)

(of course nothing prevents them from redoing previously done GAT1 stuff but wouldn't that require an admission that DM's original GAT1 perfection of the tech wasn't quite... er, perfect? I can't see that happening.)

    That is simply not true.

GAT 1 revised Student Hat, Pro TRs, Upper Indoc TRs, the Metering Course, and the Grades. Just for example, in addition to other changes, Pro TRs required a tape passed by RTC to complete. The Metering course became much longer and more demanding. HCOBs were revised.

GAT 2 revised Student Hat, Pro TRs, Upper Indoc TRs, the Metering Course, and the Grades. In addition to other substantive changes, it removed to the requirement of a tape Passed by RTC to complete the Pro TRs course. The Metering course again became less lengthy and less demanding. HCOBs were revised.

During the event introducing GAT 2, Miscavige even alluded to and and attempted to justify this by referring to SPs on the line.

If that is so, I stand corrected.

It just goes to show that you can't believe [STRIKE]everything[/STRIKE] anything you're told by still-in scientologists.

I thought it sounded fishy....Geeze Panda.....are you really taking info from current Cult Members....and posting it here as fact?

I asked a current scientologist about it and that's how he rationalised it. GAT1 seemed to deal with Upper Levels, primarily, and GAT2 seemed to deal with Lower Bridge actions. I'd still need to watch the GAT2 Event Comm i/c mentioned to be wholly convinced but that's NEVER gonna happen! LOL

What we'd need is a complete listing of everything covered by the two separate releases. Anyone got that?

As far as a poster taking information from an unreliable source and posting it here as fact; you do read ESMB, don't you? :hysterical:

GAT 1 and GAT 2 when first released both concerned lower Bridge Actions -- Student Hat through Grades (and maybe Clear for GAT 1, I don't recall) -- and the OT levels only to the extent they both changed metering. As noted by Mike Rinder, GAT 2 has only recently been extended to the CCRD.

As I recall, neither GAT 1 nor GAT 2 changed the upper Bridge (yet), except as noted: (a) the changes to metering; and (b) the recent release of a new CCRD.

Also, the SHSBC is being redone under GAT 2, but has not yet been released. As a result, the SHSBC is not being offered now.

Well, I can state as fact that I was on the SHSBC when GAT I came out.

All the students on the BC at ASHO were required to go to CC and do the New Upper Indoc course GAT I "style". That is certainly a "lower level course..."

    I was then required to do a new E-Meter course....GAT I style.

That is when I quit. I did not want to pay for a new E-Meter course....as I'd just recently taken it on the Briefing Course....and did extensive drilling.

The new E-meter course and a couple new E-Meters would have cost me well over 10 thousand dollars......I just said fuck it....

I was on the second to last level.....had audited well over 1000 hours of student auditing.....and spent 3 1/2 years on the course.....

There is NO Security in the Cult...of "going up the bridge" (on either side....) in a direct manner....without the possibilities of arbitrariness being interjected at any time...by "Cult Management...."

Arbitrariness had been a regular occurrence my entire 28 years in the Cult....its always changing stuff...and changing it again....and again and again.....

I'd have to open some boxes in the garage to get exact dates....and I'm not gonna do that....But

I started the BC around 1996 at AOLA!

Shortly thereafter....the entire SHSBC was revamped with new checksheets.....and new Course packs....

All the SHSBC tapes were re-released in new packaging...

I restarted this "new" BC at ASHO...and went to course nights for 3 1/2 years....

So 3 1/2 years later, GAT I came out....and everyone was routed off the BC to do the new "Upper Indoc Course" at Celebrity Center....

All were told they had to pay for and do the new E-Meter course GAT I style....

This was in actual fact a revamping of the SHSBC.......for GAT I.

I assume the BC has been revamped again....for GAT II?

The BC is in the process of being revised and is not being offered right now.

Mike Rinder has a Cult promo piece on his web page about GAT II

In it there is a section that states that: (paraphrased) that Levels 0 - 4 have 47 (BC) tapes....and that is about 1/6 of the tapes on the complete SHSBC course....

Seeing as how there are about 434 SHSBC tapes......I find the Cult math very funny as to them stating that 47 "is about" 1/6 of 434....??

Somebody in the Cult must be using their fingers and toes to count with...??

Right, I may be confusing two separate GATs as GAT1. There was a "GAT For OTs" which was where I did the Solo NOTs Certainty Course (which, btw, changed the Level quite a bit. Ditto for New OTVIII). I also did a few courses under GAT1; Student Hat and Ethics Specialist Course come to mind, I can't remember what else right now.

I did 3 different BCs. The last one was the '91 Revision which I finished in '95 or '96. Then they brought out yet another revision (if memory serves) but I didn't even contemplate doing it. By then I was keeping the Registrars from the door/getting by doing Basics Extension Courses. (I guess the Student Hat and Ethics Specialist were in there somewhere. Don't ask me to dig out the Certs ~ unless you mean breath mints!)
