The proposed Amendment is going to the floor of Congress and though it is sure to be fiercely contested, it is likely to pass and be ratified by the States.
The first edition on line now will be replaced be a second edition and my publisher in South Bend has the revisions and says early next week.
This original version has only sold a couple dozen so far.
