Actually that's not true, knn. Nicotinic acid is C6H5NO2, whereas nicotine is C10H14N2. They're two different molecules. You can produce niacin by a particular chemical reaction, but their properties are totally different.

Yes, nicotine and nicotinic acid are different of course. But there is B3 in cigarettes. That's why LRH thought that you can develop lung cancer if you don't smoke enough.
