Nathan Baca Seeks Interviews in Nevada

Nathan Baca of prior KESQ fame in Riverside County is actively seeking to pursue more coverage at his new home in Las Vegas and has posted the following thread on WWP: http://forums.whyweprotest.net/15-media/nevada-scientology-61325/#post1156483

I am still getting my bearings in my new home of Las Vegas and reporting for KLAS-TV. That being said, I need any former Scientologists who have any personal connection to Nevada to contact me.

Here's the deal, I've spoken to many former Scientologists familiar with IntBase in California. I am now looking for people familiar with either IntBase or Flag who live in Nevada or who have family in Nevada. This state is smaller in size and population than California, for certain. But I'm also certain that there is somebody out there who fits under these categories, since I have to keep it a local focus.

P.S. I have all the video of the new Ideal Org in Las Vegas that I could ever want for a future report. Now, I need interviews, and soon.

Meanwhile, here was Nathan's latest comment on the LA press conference thread:

I've watched the LA news reports on the press conference. Compelling testimonials. I see Mr. Davis has not changed his responses since I last interviewed him. As I am now working for a CBS affiliate here in Las Vegas, I will request KCBS send its entire video of the news conference for future reports I plan on doing here in the next few months.
I am still looking for ex-scientologists with any Nevada connections. I've received one tip on a Nevada WISE business that is appreciated. Keep the tips coming.

There are others too, although I don't know how interested they will be in connecting up with Nathan. For instance, Janis Grady (famous ex-SO) has a user account here at ESMB with the username Janisgrady, and on her profile page here she gives her location as Las Vegas. Per that profile page she hasn't logged in here since Jan 10, so a PM to her probably wouldn't work too well. Mark must know the exes in Vegas though, and would probably be your best bet.

Someone posted that Karen Simon had a connection to Las Vegas.

A) Does anyone have any information we could use to verify if this Karen Simon did in fact live in Las Vegas?

B) Does anyone have any more information on her history & suicide?

Karen Simon.
Turned up dead in London in 1992 after she drafted a bad report on the Sea Org.
I think you'll find she lived in Vegas... around the time L. Ron's son committed suicide.
I could be wrong about this being the same Karen Simon I knew but I don't think so.

This is Nathan Baca, now a reporter at KLAS-TV, CBS for Las Vegas. As you are all aware, Republican Sharron Angle won the Republican nomination for U.S. Senate. She has advocated taxpayer funding for Second Chance, the failed program that Ensanada and New Mexico tried.

I need people with personal experience with Narconon Nevada in Caliente, NV. I've already got a few up my sleeve, but the more the merrier.
