OMG! That is horrible, no wonder you are scared!
We need something set up to support people in your situation!
I doubt the "authorities" will be able to do anything unless you press some charges and it's difficult to see any breach of law when you look on the surface.
You have my heartfelt sympathy and I sincerely hope you have good friends and /or family you can go to at this dreadful time.

Remember, you have a 50% stake in the business as it community property. Contact a lawyer immediately, you may need some injuntive relief to prevent your husband from handing you and your children's money to Scientology front groups.
This IS Scientology, and they are experts at what they do. Think of them like the Sharon Stone character in "Casino" who sucks businessmen dry and sends them home broke to their wives and bank examiners.
You have to protect yourself. When your husband sees the damage he is causing he WILL back off and snap out of it with a nice Scientology hangover.

I don't know why anyone would find it hard to believe you can have no food in the house and electricity about to be cut off, my wife, children and I, were right there when on org staff many times and even since then when we were both working at full time jobs!
How many weeks can your savings last when you get no pay and no welfare?
It is you who have the problem if you have never experienced desperation like this in an affluent western society because believe me, it exists and is all too common, but of course, they pulled it in, or just made it up because they are OSA,
I am not now, nor was I ever, a dentist.

It's not a stretch to believe you can have no food in the house and electricity about to be cut off. The financial drain of the cult it's no different that having a major cocaine addiction, I think what most people who do not have an addiction to auditing or drugs have a hard time understanding is, why anyone would do that to themselves?

But, if you can get the money back you may also get your husband back. Get a lawyer right away and seek protection from debt.
If you know anyone he respects, get them to talk to your husband. He can most likely get a refund albeit with some trouble... Ask your husband to confront the Anti-Scientology internet data like the Jason Beghe video...
