We are not hearing from her... She is not even listed anymore on the official Scientology website. Did she blow? Or is her nose smelling tech subpar, with all due respect to Karin Pouw:

She is not even listed in the David's brochure, promoting his escorts:

I know. But why isn't he using her services anymore. That's the question, Smurfie.

She is a TAX attorney. They don't need tax attorney's anymore. They got the IRS religion tax exemption in 1993 and after a few years of creating hat packs for staff across the world to set up and make sure their records are being done right by the agreement, there is no need for them.. except maybe when creating new entities for the cult.. but most of that would be handled by Moxon .

She may be on retainer whenever they need her but I can't see any reason thy would need her anymore, not in a long time anyway

The CNN thing wasn't about taxes, now was it?

Monique is called upon when the cult needs her services. Not everything a cult attorney does merits media attention. Some of us are aware that Elliot Abelson, Rick Moxon & Ava Paquette are actively working on legal cases involving the cult... many have not heard from them lately, either.

Monique accompanied Tommy Davis in his interview with Anderson Cooper in 2010.

"Neither I nor Jerry Feffer had anything to do with derailing any FBI investigation," said Monique Yingling, a church attorney and Feffer's wife. She said Rathbun is "not to be believed."

As I said, they hadn't used her in a long time. On the CNN thing, which was several years ago, it was an act of desperation on the church's part because Moxon does not do TV well and they needed an experienced OSA attorney to field the questions. She was pulled out of the mothballs for that.

As far as the recent St Pete's times article, she was contacted for comment. What else is she supposed to say? The truth? Ha! They never paid her to be truthful. And in this instance with denying derailing the the FBI investigation, she answered personally, not as a church rep.
