YouTube has suspended my Independent Scientology News channel on the grounds that it violated YouTube's Community Guidelines against "hate speech." The channel covers Scientology and the Nation of Islam with a current emphasis on the anti-Semitic, racist and homophobic statements by Scientology Freedom Medal Winner Nation of Islam Minister Tony Muhammad.

All of my videos had identical "other coverage" sections.

Finally, after YouTube first deleted three of my videos, I made a point of placing the following title card near the beginning of my most recent video about Tony Muhammad that I uploaded to YouTube:

Given the above, no rational person could conclude that I was promoting the anti-Semitic, racist and homophobic public statements by Tony Muhammad. Anyone who was even minimally rational could conclude only that I was trying to report on and expose Tony Muhammad's anti-Semitic, racist and homophobic statements.

YouTube's removal of my channel did nothing to promote the fight against anti-Semitism, racism and homophobia. YouTube's removal of my channel only served to censor reporting on same.

It is also significant that my YouTube channel was suspended for merely publishing "Fair Use" news excerpts of Tony Muhammad's Facebook videos, yet Tony Muhammad's Facebook account and his complete Facebook videos from which my news clips were excerpted remain.

One wonders why SCIENTOLOGY'S websites should not be banned for hate speech and innumerable other violations of "community standards".

The federal government had the right idea when the indicted, prosecuted and imprisoned the cult's top executives back in the 1970s---too bad nobody had the foresight to finish the job and kill the beast once and for all. In today's PC world it's OK to say things about white people but not OK to say things to People of Color that can appear derogatory.

This is completely wrong and a violation of the First Amendment.

The good news is that Google and other tech companies are under fire in the courts for violating rights. They have just lost on a motion and have been compelled to enter discovery.

There is definite bias in the tech industry and this is one of many accounts that have been suspended or closed for no real reason at all.

They are even giving out violations to videos made years ago and have been on youtube for years and have millions of views.

It can help if one of Michele Obama's staff members contacts the prosecutor on your behalf, such as in the Jussie Smollett case.

He was charged with 16 felonies and got off with a few hours of community service. He didn't even have to admit guilt.

Of course that's subject to change. That whole criminal "investigation" as well as the prosecutor is now being investigated. I suspect though that this new investigation would never have happened had the case not gotten so much publicity and exposed the obvious corruption there in Cook County.
