Yes. I think only one, though, Diana Hubbard (not sure if she still has that last name), who is his daughter. My understanding, though, is that she's disaffected, but Miscavige controls her through Hubbard's estate's will, and the Church trots her out every once in a while at an event, but for the most part, she is not around much (probably has to do with her inheritance).

Quentin was a top auditor, but suicided. Nibs (LRH jr.) was a research auditor, and credited with a lot of early work on the Bridge, but became disaffected later, and now won't talk about it (probably as a result of numerous lawsuits).

I think LRon was an only child.

Thanks,

I was assuming LRH was an only child since I couldn't find any information regarding siblings but wasn't sure and I read about Quentin, what a sad story.

When I was on staff at LA Day, some time in the early 90's, Diana was in my org on a mission for Div 6. One of the other missionaires told me that Diana goes in and out of the S.O. and that (at that time) she was just recently "recovered". She apparently produced an album on one of her stints out of the S.O. I only saw her in person briefly standing in the hallway of LA Day. She had beautiful, wavy, red, waist length hair. I was told by another staff member (an S.O. member that had been posted at LA Day) that she blew "again" shortly after that mission. :confused2:

I was in the Austin org one time on a project and I went into their basement which is a treasure trove of old Scn junk. I found a copy of her album there. I should have stolen it.

I also found old HCOBs from David Mayo. Should have taken those too.

So if we got any undercover people from Austin, go get me that album! :)

when I was in the SO at Saint Hill, (1980) Diana peformed a concert on piano, celebrating her solo Album.
I just remember her pale complexion and red hair.

We were told to phone in on the radio stations and ask for her album to be played, as a way of promoting it.
As we were also told that television and radio and newspapers were just 'Entheta' I never did hear if it was successful.
Her piano playing was pretty mediocre, maybe taking after her fathers musical talents in composing and performing.

He also had a daughter named Suzette and a son named Arthur.

Both were in the SO in the 80's, but I have no other information on them.

I know Arthur was out - he came into CC for some auditing at one point in the 90's. I remember that LRH had said anytime any of his family wanted auditing or services it was to be free (no charge).

I was in OSA Int Qual around 1988 when he was getting sec-checked for something or other. He had to pay for it at full rates and was not a happy camper.

Hmmm... maybe for that, but there were tons of reciepts in the back of his pc folder for free auditing. I know that for a fact. I remember a note in his folder about it too - in the back where invoices are kept per the Auditor Admin series.

Dont know why he paid for those...

Diana has a daughter, Roanne. When she left the SO, she was heavily pressured to give up custody, and finally did. Roanne grew up on the Int base. If Diana wanted to actively be her mother, she had to be in the SO. What a predicament!

They are both still on the Int base. Roanne is now grown up and is married. She is posted as an electrician. Diana is supposedly a speechwriter but all DMs speeches are written by whatshisname the biographer.

I was at Saint Hill then. Diana seemed to be very nice. I remember her greeting one staff member who she'd not seen for years. Like he was an old friend. John Cox, he'd been her course supervisor at one time.
All the AOSH UK S O members assembled in the large course room. Diana came in to meet us all. She told us all to "cheer up" or "lighten up". I cannot remember her exact words. She noticed we all looked real serious. Maybe we were all expecting a severe bollocking. Something that sometimes happened when a mission came from FLAG.

These paintings remind me very much of a point and click game called Still Life where the murderer painted similar pictures of the girls he killed...

My mother was friends with his son Arthur (hes quite a creeper. All you have to do is look at his artwork), and he has a grandson, whos name I think is Connor. He is anti-Scn and the last time I checked a punk/goth/scene engaging in homosexual activity...:wink2:

LRH had seven children in all, five of whom have been mentioned previously in this thread.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/L._Ron_Hubbard#Personal_life

Hubbard's first wife was Margaret "Polly" Grubb whom he married in 1933, and who bore him two children: L. Ron, Jr. (also known as Ronald DeWolf) and Katherine May (born in 1936).

Of all of his children, Katherine is the one I have heard virtually nothing about.

His other daughter was borne by the second wife that LRH repudiated.

Sara Northrup became Hubbard's second wife in August 1946 while he was still married to Polly, something Sara did not know at the time. Hubbard left his first wife and children as soon as he left the Navy, and he divorced his first wife more than a year after he had remarried. Both women allege Hubbard physically abused them. Later, he disowned Alexis, claiming he was not her father and that she was actually Jack Parsons's child. Sara filed for divorce on 23 April 1951, claiming that Hubbard was still legally bound to his first wife at the time of their marriage. She accused him in her divorce papers of kidnapping their baby daughter Alexis, as well as torturing her.
