Learn to Evade Tax at the Scientology Chapel

    Posted on September 25, 2012 by martyrathbun09 | 32 Comments
Bruce Wiseman and Kevin Burke are corporate Scientology stalwarts. They are the name partners of Wiseman & Burke the firm that makes money by handling the money of corporate Scientologists with big bucks. Wiseman is the wise guy who puts out the creepy, world-conspiracy paranoia tracts that justify so much corporate Scientologist unlawfulness (some under the handle John Truman Wolfe). Incidentally, he rails about the bankers who produce nothing but make their money off of the labor and money of others; and guess what Wiseman and Burke does for a living? He also appears on television and lobbies elected officials on behalf of Scientology Inc front group CCHR (Citizens Commission on Human Rights). Burke has covered Wiseman financially for years so that he could play out the Scientology Inc. demagogue gig full time.
Wiseman and Burke are opinion leaders in the corporate Scientology field, and are fully backed and sponsored by the David Miscavige administration. Here are only two of many recent examples of church premises being used by the duo to ply their trades and pimp Miscavige causes:
Now, here’s the rub. Scientologists who come to hear these guys are shielded by artful use of compartmentalization of information only possible under Miscavige’s repressive Disconnect policies (keeping people it the dark by severing all their ties to friends, family and business contacts should they discuss or forward any unauthorized information about those in good stead with Miscavige).
The upshot of all this is that the IRS-recognized, tax-exempt ‘church’ of Scientology is using their American taxpayer subsidized premises to sponsor and host seminars by folk who have been ordered by the State of California to cease and desist with their off-shore, TAX EVASION consultation services.
    Some church.
    David Miscavige’s kind of guys.

    Oh my, :drama::giggle:

    Confirmed, again, here:

You see, he's doing all this in the Cayman Islands. There is nothing the state of CA or even the USA can do about these activities, unless they are transacted in the USA.

Perhaps the SEC is looking into things to see if, indeed, the activities are being done in CA or any other state.

What a game Wiseman's got going on with this...

and with the aka John Truman Wolfe

Oh, my. I know who's going to be at the top of the list when Marty gets around to creating a new OSA for Indie Scientology. :violent:

So some OT8 calls him up and says, "Hey Bruce, I've got $5 mill to invest — what's hot?"

He then replies, "Oh hi John, let's schedule a meeting for 9:30 am on Saturday in my Cayman Islands office and we can talk about it there. OK?"

Interesting that the State doesn't take issue with Wiseman using an alias to engage in questionable business transactions.

My dad worked for Wiseman and Burke ages ago. It's a bunch of buffoons that are given hundreds of millions of dollars by people who trust them completely. I suspect we may see a lawsuit in the near future.

I worked there from 1996 to 1999. I think I met you there once.

    See my bold above.

They sound sort of like Nazis, but with the nazis it was the 'Jewish bankers,' not the nazi bankers. Maybe Wiseman et al mean the 'wog' bankers. This was one of hubbard's fantasies by the way. 'International bankers' as the real source of the world's problems. (See Data series 9 'Errors' HCOPL 23 May 1970) Bit of a generality to say the least, and a nice, vague scapegoat.

Well, Wiseman/Wolfe at least pinpoints the source of the problem. It all started in Basil Switzerland!!!! It wasn't gluttonous, remorseless creeps manufacturing and selling phoney derivatives, sucking up and wasting potential investment capital, and getting governments to reimburse them because they were too big to fail. It was really a little group way over there in Switzerland. How stupid and deceitful can you get? IMO he seeks to divert attention from the most parasitic people in finance (by no means all financial people of course) who really made the crisis.

But I stray. Back to scientology--it is parasitism at its core: slave labor, cheap labor, high prices, no results. Takes people's money and labor and produces nothing but promises in return. Like those fraudulent derivatives.

Mary: I am getting a bigger picture here - Bruce Wiseman aka Bruce Truman Wolfe - did you see his website? Author of books - Mind Control and some other with a Nazi symbol on it?? The whole enchilada is icky - scummy and appears to be slimey! Just sayin....

I have no hostility towards the freezoner's / indie's - everyone confronts the truth on a gradient and anyone on the OUT of the Cult is okay in my book.

Scientology does not work - no Bridge - no tech. It has been around for 60 years and has anyone obtained Sooper Powers? NO - no one!

Death, destruction ad naseum is the VFP in Scientology. Marty and the rest have to be right to justify the sacrifice they made. That is a hard pill to swallow for everyone! To see that it was all for absolutely NOTHING!

    His bio, lol

"He has been a senior credit officer for two California banks: one in the San Francisco Bay Area, the other in Beverly Hills. He is the co-founder of a prestigious Los Angeles-based business-management company where he oversaw the business and financial matters of some of the biggest names in Hollywood."

A ex I know used to work for Karen Black and relayed to me once that Wiseman & Burke managed her finances very badly. Everything she had she entrusted to them, she lost or spent. Yes, she liked to spend but was not extravagant. What happened was that Wiseman & Burke never 'managed' her money so she could save any. Between their ineptitude and greed, and her personal manager Jim Rogers getting his commissions along with her Hollywood agents getting their share of any gross earning on work, she was cleaned out at one point. Not sure how long Rogers was her manager but at least until 1985. Wiseman & Burke, probably much much longer. They charged and got paid a tremendous amounts of money just to write checks.

Karen mentions her former days of wealth here:

    Para 7:
"Afterward some blocks away alone in the car now, I stopped at Bogie’s Liquor to get something anything to take with me to rehearsal and finally discovered ham in a package. Ham, being fat free or nearly so is on my wonderful Weight- Watchers core plan diet. ( I’ve lost twenty pounds without realizing it! Until I went back to be weighed. And it stays off!) The man behind the counter knew my name as I’d once lived down the street (Rossmore) when I was wealthy. He asked after my beautiful son. I told him – more beautiful than ever-"

For sure we met then. That was right before I went into the Sea Org in 2001. I was probably going on course at the Brand Blvd Mission still.
