David Miscavige's Legal Statements - Perjury or Just Lies?

Last month I started a little "series" of postings on clambake about
statements that David Miscavige has made in legal cases under penalty
of perjury.

In each short posting I would take a quote or two of what Miscavige
said, list what the truth really was and then give my own opinion as
to whether he perjured himself, "just lied" or was simply trying to
misdirect the readers.

I have now posted the 10th write-up in the series so far.

They are not meant to be conclusive or anything like that. They are
just meant to start the ball rolling on the subjects covered as it is
my opinion that this will be coming to a head sooner or later in both
civil litigation and criminal investigations.

They are a little dry, kind of boring but I hope are a bit informative
for most who read them. I mostly use information that I have used in
the past but here and there add more information never before released
on the subjects. Much more can and will be said on this topics in the
future.

There is any way or plan to use this info to legally pursue him, or it is just too costly? It is sad that a ruthless organization can trick people, justice systems and governments just like that.

According to the Andrew Morton book I am reading on Tom Cruise, even lower level classes in $ci teach you the "art of deception" (ie: lying).

True, or false-we do know that $cis have no responsibility to tell the truth to Wogs (and maybe even each other).
