It's probably worth noting that the questions are only run if they read and it is ascertained that they are actually "charged" questions. In most instances, the bulk of those questions are null (uncharged).

Just reading the list was stunning to me. I cannot imagine submitting to that!

The COS is claiming that since Laura is claiming psychiatric harm, then per Civil Code 2032.320, an examination should be done.

The Judge has to follow the rules not what we think or even if COS hates the psych's.

What this does is a couple of things. A bunch of what if's.

What if the COS offers the psych examiner a cool 10 million under the table for saying the right words. You know how these guys twist words around.

What if the psych examiner says the right words, but nothing happens because of it, well the COS now has a DA pack that they can put together for members who question the lawsuit.

It would NOT be hard to prove that. I saw her cry on the YouTube videos where she tells her story. IMO, regardless of the outcome of a psych exam, she was 17 years old - A MINOR - and was forced to get an abortion.
