Unfortunately, #1 might not work at all orgs. Speaking from experience here. Unfortunately the person originating such was not kidding to just try to get off of staff. Unfortunately, they were put into further "handling". Sorry, bit of a sore subject for me. Not me, but I witnessed it... it just breaks me that people get suicidal because they can't change their sexuality.
