How I Accidentally Joined #Scientology - Story Time

    Ernest Kwame Adu

Today's (long) story is about how I accidently joined Scientology in summer 2015; they even trick tourists! Luckily, I was able to escape this "organization".

About Scientology (as per: Brian Sheen: : "The Church of Scientology has a cruel doctrine that has ripped thousands of families apart while seeking to extort family members of hundreds of thousands of dollars. Worse is this church uses tax payer money to accomplish this spreading its hate and demonstrating their compulsion to impose mind control on both members and non member family."

I'm Ernest Kwame Adu, a foreign 19 year old Leisure Management student in Denmark (origin: The Netherlands). I love to travel around the world, which I show off with my Gold Frequent Flyer status. I play the drums (genres: Reggae, Dancehall, Rock, Punk, Funk, Samba, Latin, and Jazz). Additionally, I am a Channel Support Manager at a lovely MCN called ScaleLab. I just like to share my life on YouTube.

At about 9:00 he talks about watching the "propaganda video" and he said to himself: "If they are this great why have I not heard of them before?".

I was watching a quiz show on British TV last night and one question was: "When L. Ron Hubbard died, David Miscavige became the new leader of which religion?".

The contestant said: "I don't know".

When she was told the answer was scientology she just shrugged as if she'd never heard of it.

Seems like after 60+ years they still have some work to do to get this planet cleared.:roflmao:

He's watching an intro video and calls his friend, his friend finds out where he is and says, "Get out of there!"

"My mood went from very good to not trusting this place".

Dude, you passed the IQ test.

TIP: DO NOT give them your real contact or credit card information. It is an invitation to eternal hard sell phone calls and junk mail.

In Italy part of the experience is Gypsy kids picking your pocket - in Hollywood its the Scientology IQ Test. As a scam the program has clearly become dated, but it may become popular as a tourist attraction. Passengers - if you select the Test Center excursion, the test is free and no matter what you do they will tell you that you're depressed, lack confidence or have problems communicating. The $50. video is optional but it does help to feed the staff who have dedicated a billion years to preserve this Hollywood tradition.

I think the diagnosis of depression may have been incorrect.

Well, I dunno. Makes you wonder what planet some of these people are living on sometimes. Ok, I haven't a clue what's been going on in the music industry since Punk killed off Pink Floyd and ELP, (well, I have heard of Adele) but a TV reporter stood in a shopping mall showing people a photograph of Jeremy Corbyn recently, and most of 'em didn't have a clue who he was.

As it happens I wouldn't be surprised if half of them didn't know who Theresa May was, and she's the fuckin' prime minister!
