So, here are some must read court depositions that were attached as proof of Narconon's scam of lies, deception and fraud as they tried to avoid responsibility for the death of Patrick Desmond.
Just released by the court from the Patrick Desmond case against Narconon of Georgia, Narconon Int, Delgado Development ( Maria and Don Delgado) etc.
But first, check out the plaintiff's response in opposition to Narconon of Georgia's motion to keep records ( including these depos) sealed from the public eye.
It contains the laundry list of crimes committed by Narconon of Georgia, Narconon Int and the Delgado development fake housing they set up. This response attached as exhibits a ton of depositions which are posted here.

The funniest depos to read are
Maria Delgado and Don Delgado's ( amazing these 2 could ever hold a job), and Narconon Int's expert witness, Rev. James Jerry McLaughlin ( who probably won't be a witnesss after this depo, lol)
Of course, Mary Rieser, the ED had to redo hers because her attorney was sanctioned for interjecting during the first and trying to get Mary to shut up when, at a depo, yoiu can't do that. So there are 2 depo's by Mary Rieser - See how Scientologists lie.
The most important ones so far that I have read are, in terms of documenting he fraud and lies, and Narconon's negligence in Patrick's death, from the following people:
Allison Riepe ( a whistleblower! ). Best insider report on what was going on at NNGA. ( Thank you Allison!!)
Brad Taylor - a grad of the program who Patrick was last with before he left the illegal housing;
Lisa Moody of a Fl Drug Court program who Mary Rieser duped into believing ( with false documents ) that NN Georgia iwas a residentail program when it wasn't;
Nina Edidin, former Georgia exec and attorney who represented GA licensing agency in sanctioning Narconon of Georgia back in 2007 for the highest offense on the books, which Narconon appealed. Ms.Edidin rep'd the licensing Div at that appeal, as well and through a settlement agreement. From day one these people at Narconon have been lying about their licensing, and getting caught, then bulling their way out and doing it again. This document is going to shake up the state of Georgia for sure.
Randy Taylor describes how NN GA sucked him into putting his son Brad in the program and the problems that occurred after Patrick's death.
