One of the most unsettling things that happened while I was on staff...

A 35-45 year old male staff member raped a female 15-16 year old staff member that was recruited from some Delphi school in CA. They were both reprimanded and then it was all hushed up. Within a few weeks she was caught drinking and using drugs with other staff and she was offloaded back to her family in California. The police were never called and her family was informed about the alcohol / drug use, but they were not informed about the rape. The rapist is still on staff... Of course there is a lot of gossip going on in an org so pretty much everyone knew what happened within a week of the incident. A lot of stuff leaks out of HCO, not to mention SO members love to gossip about staff when they are not around.

Trouble with this is that a person who hasn't talked about it to the cops and social services about it may feel at risk of outting themselves, and also could be liable for slander, a bunch of worms etc.. What i mean is, its kind of absurd to be asking for names and dox when its already probably a huge step just to say it happened.
Want to make it real and out there? Charge the motherfucker. Name and shame.

You obviously misunderstand what really happened. What REALLY happened was simply an advanced form of TR0-Bullbaited. Appparently, the coaching was on a slightly too steep a gradient for the younger staff member. The answer is to send this fellow to cramming so he understands how to coach better. As far as the young staff member, her problem is that she is out of PT, since none of the things that she alledge ever happen in Scientology. A few hundred hours of book and bottle will straighten her out. Of course, she will need to buy those expensives er, oops, intensives herself. Perhaps her parents can take out a second mortgage.

Any educational establishment (and I appreciate that I may be stretching "educational" where Scientology creeps into the classroom) where such a thing can happen ought to be investigated, regardless of additional allegations. In other words, the victim already has grounds to bring the institution under scrutiny, and that alone may reveal additional information that would strengthen her position.

I am sickened by the malign influence of Scientology upon our young people in general, and particularly by the way that Scientology empowers paedophiles. (Or pedophiles, depending on how you want to spell it. Scientology reeks of abuse in any language.)

She was flown out from her Delphi school in California for a 'Tour' of the org, they sell the tours like its a free vacation, they will pay for the flight tickets and everything. Then she was pressured to sign a contract, she did, then her parents were heavily pressured to allow her to stay and be on staff, they agreed. At that point her education stopped. I think she was on staff for about five or six months before she was off loaded back to CA.

Exactly! I was thinking of making a fake FB account and contacting her folks to let them know, then let them stir it up themselves. In Scientology you are told this whole story about how what happens in a church organization is outside the jurisdiction of the government so they have their own internal judicial system. Unfortunately that's a joke, there is no 'justice' in Scientology, and the Ethics book is used as a weapon to make EVERYTHING that happens to you your own fault no matter what. I bet after she got raped they prolly made her do an O/W write-up because obviously the rape was all her fault per the ethics book. This is standard procedure. But at the time I was a dedicated staff member so I just accepted it, I knew it was all wrong, but it never even crossed my mind to call the cops until way later.

Scientologists gossip a lot so its very possible the parents found out through the grapevine.

You are right on the money. Like I said the rapist is still on staff. They totally don't have a problem employing rapists as long as they keep doing their job they will forgive almost anything. A lot of the staff at the org I was at had horrible out ethics histories and lots of past drug use.

There was one guy on staff that basically joined staff as a way to escape his ex wife and kids. He makes practically no money so he has no responsibility to support them or anything.

There were other staff that were constantly getting in trouble for doing drugs and drinking too much at parties.

There were a few staff members that filmed a home made porno movie with a drunk wog girl, they were even wearing Dianetics shirts and bracelets in the video, they were not kicked off staff. I think they were made to clean the restroom before post for a few days as punishment. The organization truly does not care as long as you will work for next to no money.

One staff member was caught using a camera to take pictures of his penis and email them to some girl over the internet.... still on staff.... I think he forgot to delete the pictures and they were found, he confessed to emailing them. He was always getting in trouble for sexually harassing girls in the org, he was constantly going on about who he liked, talking about their bodily features and what he wanted to do to them, it was really gross.

If another staff member screws you over the org will do almost nothing to hlep you. As long as they keep working they have very little problem with out ethics behavior, you might have to clean the restroom with a tooth brush for a few minutes worst case.

There was one staff member that just filed papers all day. He was very lazy, he would work just hard enough to be up-stat. So he would file 100 papers this week, 105 the next week, 110 the following and so on. The rest of the time he wandered around the org, smoked cigarettes, or just surfed the internet. Since he maintained a constant up statistic none of the sadistic stuff he would do and say to other staff members mattered to HCO, being upstat he had ethics protection. He maintained this up statistic for years! He had reports written on him nearly every day, everyone hated this guy, but nothing would ever be done to him, in fact he would be awarded for his great statistics constantly.

aside from a lively level of promiscuity there were no instances of sexual abuse when i trained in SF or worked at fcdc. in fact i was surprised as an auditor to discover how common child molestation was prior to scientology.
