Cancer and stress in Scientology

Karakorum

supressively reasonable
Aaron made a vid "Why so many Scientologists die of cancer" (link here) and weirdly enough, that is something I noticed myself. I was in fact thinking about it today when I was cutting grass on my property... only late rI saw Aaron's vid.
  • An HCO director I recall died of cancer at a relatively young age.
  • Ann Tidman died of cancer.
  • Karen black died of cancer
  • Robert Vaughn Young died of cancer.
  • Phil Bruemmer's wife died of cancer.
  • My sister died of cancer.
  • My girlfriend died of cancer in her 20s (though she was already out of scn for several years at that point).
  • Her mom died of cancer.
  • One of my supervisors had cancer (looked bad, told me he was very ill), was taken off his post. I have found no records of him both inside or outside, I have no reason to believe anything other than that he died.

Now I know, in the modern world cancer is one of the most common causes of death. A lot of people in scn smoke, that's also true.

So admittedly, it might all be confirmation bias.

Yet out of scientologists whose cause of death I know, three died of something else: My grandfather, L.McPherson and LRH. Almost everyone else I know died of cancer.

For his comments on pain-killers:

In general, aspirin was allowed but was not allowed for something like 2 days before an auditing session.
There was a time limit before auditing.

(Maybe another ex who was a staff auditor or C/S will remember better than me.)
