Nope - always been public, must be a different Ruth. The Ruth I am referring to is based on the West Coast and always has been.

That was Joyce Bowen at CLO EUS, she was a programs chief.
She worked next to Joanie Gambino another programs chief.
Joyce was married to Cliff Bowen who was an IAS dude.
Joyce used to rock back and forth nervously in her chair when
she was on the phone to the orgs.

Maybe Ruth is a sister perhaps to Cliff? I didn't know much about him.

Joyce also had massive eye circles and a completely dazed look on her face all the time.
Way way way too little sleep for her, I can still see her rocking with her holding the arm by the elbow
so the phone wouldn't fall off her ear.

Does anyone know whatever happened to Sally Arnold and Brittany Arnold, wife and daughter of Mark Arnold? Sally joined the SO about 1986 and brought Brittany with her. Mark was supposed to come and never arrived. Sally and Brittany were in Pac in 90/91 when I left. Since then I have no data.

Brittany Arnold is Sea Org at Flag, at least as of a year or two ago. I think she also got married.

IIRC Mark is not SO Qual'd. Last I saw he was married to Tammy (think this is her 3rd marriage--she seems to have the purpose of being married to whomever is the ED SEA...). She is also not Qual'd--and was HES, holding HAS from above--which is pretty specific for qualifications. Go figger...

Depends on what year that is and the age of that person...but I think Ruth bowen was a younger child(when I was there)...of Cliff Bowen..possibly sister of Cindy bowen? Ruth may be about 25 or so now..probably older.

We are criss crossing two people on different sides of the US. ruth bowen and Joyce bowen are completly seperate different people.
