A challenge for Scientologists and OSA

I ask you this...

If I have posted my story online and over 20,000 people have read it, why am I not declared?

If it is known that I have involvement with Anonymous, why have I not been declared?

If my mother is terminally ill, why has she been allowed to be the ED of an Org for close to 4 years?

If my parents have been committing "Financial Irregularities" for their 30 year career in Scientology, why have they not been issued some sort of "Justice" action?

If I have been displaying multiple indicators of a true "Suppressive Person" then why do my parents keep trying to talk to me?

Why are these BLATANT violations of Policy being allowed to occur with NO consequence?

Please, I would LOVE to hear your explanations on this.

And is your mom CURRENTLY the ED (even with her terminal illness-may I ask what it is)?

If so, that is REALLY strange.

They probably have her on all sorts of Auditing actions, I'm sure.

I hope she's getting care for her condition via normal medical channels!

It's only a maybe, but maybe they are reluctant to completely close the door on anyone, because numbers have declined so drastically, and they are hoping to reclaim and 'handle' people at some point.

Yes, she is still currently the ED.

It killed her mother at age 48 and just killed her brother this year at age 52. it is a hereditary disease that is completely incurable. My mom is now 46. I worry about her health all the time. She was diagnosed when I was 14 and has gone far downhill since then. She has developed well over 200 cysts on her kidneys. She has them on her liver and other organs as well. Her blood pressure is so high she has to take 3 different meds several times a day to keep it at a safe level. She only goes to the kidney specialist about once every 3 years. She has never had health insurance and cannot afford adequate medical care with her staff wages. She is now getting kidney infections about once every two months. She will eventually have full kidney failure. I even made a point of this in the last letter I sent to my parents knowing full well that they would be passing it along to the DSA. I hoped that it would create a flap and she would be pulled off post. No such luck.

All I can do is pray that my family gets out of the cult before it is literally too late.

Oh wow, I sure hope she DOES seek adequate medical care soon! And it's strange that the Org is ALLOWING her to be ED (imho) with such a condition!? Is she working like 80 hrs a week, too?

I will keep her and you and your family in my thoughts and prayers!

I think the cofs has stopped printing the declares, might be a backlog but that would be too funny.

I suspect it has become too out PR to issue the Golden Rod.

Hubbard's requirements for a declare included 'proof' that the person was a squirrel and 'evidence' of crimes. In this day of the web it opens them to a lot of scorn and ridicule, when you consider what the cofs calls a crime. Not to mention defamation action.

I know you aren't communicating with your parents right now...or I assume you aren't anyway. But if you can pass this along to your mom somehow it may help if she follows through.

She can go to UNM Hospital. They charge on a sliding scale for people that can't afford medical insurance. It is a very good hospital. If the person's income is really low there is no charge at all. They will also give her free meds. The only negative is she will need to take a day to get processed and all that. It takes a long time for that from what I understand. After you are in the system it's just regular doctor visits that you go on. Only the people in Bernalillo County qualify for this and must have been a resident for at least 6 months I believe.

I hope this helps and she does it.

She won't be taken off post because there is no replacement. If there were someone in her Mission who was qualified and targeted to take over, she would be out in a heartbeat.
